Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will include packaging of each card in a Rigid Sleeve to ensure its protected and ensure safe delivery.

We currently ship within the UK only. (International shipping will follow soon)

1st Class letters aim to be delivered by Royal Mail the next day.

2nd Class letters aim to be delivered by Royal Mail within 2-3 days.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, only if the item is returned to us in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number we will require a photo of the item’s condition which we will request when we reply to you. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
